My goal as the UI/UX designer for this startup is to design the Onboarding, Browse Products, Product Details and Checkout flows. Apply the design process for each part and work iteratively through it.
Performing the research part of the design process to understand how my parents use WhatsApp. Attempt in the understanding of their behaviour, usage patterns and gathering findings that can be distilled into insights.
The Problem Statement given by Headout was to engage users through a content-first model with embedded e-commerce. This way the primary user actions switch to discovery, inspiration, browsing/saving content etc. This way the users can get all the information they need about the destination before travelling and also continue to book experiences the same as before.
