As part of an assignment at 10kdesigners, we had been given the assignment to design an E-commerce app for the user in a particular niche (in my case that’s pottery).
Hallparty intends to provide a social platform to create a virtual college atmosphere through activities like chilling in the voice rooms, having interesting clubs, and providing opportunities to be creative, etc. But the essence of college life was still missing due to various factors, due to which to some extent, the app was unable to grab the user’s attention.
In this case study, I will take you through my process of designing a B2C app for commuters that I did as my capstone project from the 10kdesigners cohort.
This case study is a team research project done as a part of a Research assignment about understanding the online community of a specific niche. Some of the deliverables asked were also customer journey maps depicting tasks performed by the different user personas we identified. The team followed a complete process in understanding the niche, carrying out primary and secondary research, collecting facts and insights, and ideating solutions for the community to function well.
Academies offer certificates to their learners on completing a course, an assignment, or a learning path. These certificates are supposed to reflect the style and branding of each academy. Currently, certificates are made in HTML and manually uploaded to Lyearn. We want to give academies a way to build their own personalized certificates on the Lyearn platform.
